Paula is a trademark attorney and intellectual property lawyer who specialises in brand strategy, trademark prosecution, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Paula has rich experience in brand strategy, trademark clearance search, application for registration, licensing, review of provisional refusal, cancellation, opposition and  invalidation and their defense. Paula has for many years been providing legal services related to filing take-down notice with e-commerce platforms, trademark infringing use investigation, trademark administrative complaint before Market Supervision Administration, trademark administration lawsuit and civil litigation.

Main experience

Paula received her degree of Master of Arts (translation) from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in 2006 and is qualified as an attorney-at-law as of 2010. Paula was studying civil law at Renmin University of China as an on-job postgraduate from 2012 to 2014.

Paula has been working on trademark legal services since 2013 and before that she had worked for CDM projects at Sindicatum Carbon Capital for seven years. Paula provided trademark legal services with a few good IP firms and worked for several well-known brands, and she joined Beijing Zhihuan Law Firm in October 2022.
