Mr. Huang is an attorney-at-law and patent attorney, who has the dual knowledge background of law and technology. He had worked with a professional law firm of intellectual property for many years, and is very familiar with China's intellectual property legal system, judicial environment and business environment. He has deep research on intellectual property theory and practice, and rich experience  in handling intellectual property legal affairs. Mr. Huang focues on patent, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition and other aspects of intellectual property strategy formulation, consultation, application, litigation, operation management, and provides clients with comprehensive, professional and high-quality intellectual property legal services. Mr. Huang has also participated in many projects such as formulating intellectual property strategy for clients, conducting intellectual property training, and drafting intellectual property manuals.

In addition, with many years of legal services for listed companies, as well as more than ten years of professional litigation practice, Mr. Huang is also specialised in handling corporate legal affairs and commercial disputes, and providing effective solution and strategy for complex corporate legal disputes. Mr. Huang also has rich experience in dealing with legal risks faced in various aspects of the corporate's development, such as corporate governance, contract review, labor relations handling, restructuring and equity trading, investment mergers and acquisitions, listing and reorganization, and liquidation.

Mr. Huang is also interested in legal affairs arising from combination of intellectual property rights and corporate law, and has conducted a more in-depth study on issues such as intellectual property securitization, intellectual property equity, and technology contract transactions.
